Morning Wake-up Routine

We all have our everyday morning wake-up routines or we all know we should. We wake up, brush our teeth, change our clothes, and we're right out the door on our way to work but do ever really give ourselves the time to love and care for ourselves? Do we ever really look at ourselves when we brush our teeth? Do we really see the beauty radiating from within? 

I believe we need to take that time out to truly feel beautiful. Even if it takes a little extra time to do our make-up, change our hairstyle, or fix our clothes. I believe we are worth that extra time. If we don't give ourselves that time who will?  Think about it. 

It takes just 15 minutes to feel good. 5 minutes for your mind. Give yourself a morning boost with a little mini pep talk. A little "I am beautiful" will do. 5 minutes for your body. Outside beauty is just as important as inside beauty. You want the world to see you for how you see yourself. Beautiful. Blush, mascara, and lip gloss. Last but not least your soul. These last 5 minutes are crucial to your well-being. Take this time to breathe and meditate. This will help you focus, clear your mind, and have peace within yourself. Without peace there is war. How will we ever change the world for the better if there is war within ourselves?
